FAQs

Where can I park?

We highly recommend carpooling or alternative transit, see how to obtain FREE Lyft and Uber passes below! If you drive your own car to the land, we have a parking team who can support you in parking. The space is tight, but our team will try to fit as many cars as possible. Please come early. Handicapped accessible parking is available. HAFN is not liable for any accidents that occur in the parking lot.

Are there any transportation options for me to get to the Agricultural Heritage Center?

Yes! The County of Boulder offered to graciously offer Lyft and Uber passes free of charge for anyone who needs a ride to and from the event. Please email cf@hanfnco.org to receive more details.

Can I bring my dog?

Registered service animals are the only animals allowed on the land and the owner must have a proper vest displayed on the dog and service papers provided at registration. Non-registered service animals are not allowed, per the policies of The Agricultural Heritage Center and Boulder County. There will be farm animals on the property, like horses, goats, chickens, bees, therefore we are not able to have attendees bring other animals for liability purposes.

Why do I need to sign a liability waiver at the door?

All attendees must sign a liability waiver at the door because a liability waiver protects HAFN and Boulder County from liability of accidents, weather related incidents, and ensures safety for all attendees in interaction with the festival. It is our goal to make sure all attendees at the festival have a safe and enjoyable experience with us!

Will food be available for purchase? Can I bring my own?

Yes! You can bring your own food and drinks and there will be an exciting line-up of vendors with food and drinks for purchase on both days of the event! You’re also welcome to bring your own food, however we will not have any storage available for public use. No alcohol is permitted on the land per Boulder County regulations. HAFN does not have a liquor license for this event and prohibits the sale and consumption of alcohol on the property during the 2023 Corn Festival.

Will there be translation services provided?

Yes! Translation services will be provided during panels. We’re working with (company name) for our translation services at the 2023 Corn Festival.

Am I able to request accommodations for accessibility?

Yes! Please email stephanie.h@hafnco.org with any requests or concerns about accessibility. There are two ADA compliant bathrooms on the land, one by the entrance and another in the field. We’ve requested the grass be mowed prior to the event to allow easier wheelchair access on the field, where the tents and tipis are. There is also a paved path through the land, see map below.
